Liam Bowes
Managing Director | FIFA Licensed Agent
Liam Bowes is the Founder and Managing Director of OYS Sports Management. With a strong track record in talent scouting and player identification, he has built a reputation for excellence in football representation and contract negotiation.
Before establishing OYS in 2010, Liam worked with a leading football agency, where he developed an extensive network of contacts across English Premier League and Championship clubs. Under his leadership, OYS has since expanded its reach into Europe, America, and the Middle East, creating a global footprint in sports management.
Liam is widely respected for his client-first approach and in-depth knowledge of contract negotiation. He has successfully secured multi-million-pound employment and commercial contracts and, in recognition of his achievements, was honoured with a Commercial Award at the Premier League–endorsed Football Blacklist 2024.
In addition to building OYS’s portfolio of high-profile sports marketing and media brands, Liam has contributed his insights in interviews and podcasts with major outlets including Sky, BBC, and ESPN.
Liam holds a Distinction in Audio & Sound Engineering from the London Music School.
